About Ren

My buisness tries to connect with the student. Now and days there are very little teachers who will take their time to hands-on teach their students. They expect kids to learn things in a certain amount of time just to have them spit it out on a test. My business will take it slow and along the way not only improve the child's math but also their confidence and spirit I won't only be a tutor I will be a friend as well. I know personally what it's like to grow up without the support of teachers, I grew up without confidence and low self-esteem along with that I had a hard time making friends and catching up with the class. I chose to teach in the younger grades so they can learn from an early age what it's like to have a good teacher. I am a 16-year-old female and I will try my best to ensure your child happiness and improvement.

I enjoy working with children and knowing that I am leading them to a bright future.

I decided to start teaching because I realized that I enjoy to help people and I was looking for an online job but due to COVID-19 I couldn't find many opportunities and I realized that I would enjoy helping and teaching students who are having a hard time.

I am in 8th-grade math and I have a B+ in my class I chose to teach elementary students because it was the easiest and in my opinion seemed the most fun.

About the lesson

I teach or tutor elementary students, my basic process would be to see where they stand in their math. I would have them go through a small placement test and from there start with what they seem to have most trouble on. I would also try to find things that help them learn. Like, do they learn easier through games or books, basically ill try to make their learning a fun experience.

My advice to both the teacher and student is to have patience. Patience is a good quality that many people have. I believe that if you're looking for a teacher in your area is to be open to new possibilities. Make sure you find someone that is a friend but also a teacher.
