About Umema

Having been a student once before ,along with years of experience , I possess the skills necessary to help students. I offer help in curriculums throughout the East Coast. I specialize in preparation for all the New York State High School Regents Examinations as well as the New York Common Core State Exams.

I offer help in Pre-K-12th Grade Coursework and in writing, grammar, and vocabulary.

All of my services are offered in-person and on interactive virtual learning platforms in group and one-on-one settings.

Aside from my love for baking cupcakes,painting flowers, and obsessing over the Avatar The Last Airbender series, I also enjoy helping people. I have been tutoring for over 6 years and enjoyed every moment of it. With the right tools, I believe everyone can excel and become stupendous achievers. All they have to do is look in the right place.

About the lesson

I assess the student. If need be, I provide a diagnostic test to determine which concepts a student needs help with.

Additionally, he would always understand his math lessons better after reviewing it with Umema. We are actually continuing with her for the summer to help our son feel more prepared for his upcoming 4th grade year!
