About Hailey
I, Hailey, have a passion for helping kids grow and succeed. I currently work in a local school system and am also a curentl student myself. I am majoring in mathematics education and minoring in special education with a background of elementary education as well.
I am currently in college to become a teacher. I have a high school diploma as well as a experience tutoring and in the school system.

When working with a new student I make sure to review the basics to see what they know and what they still need to learn. After that I typically hope to see what they've struggled with in the past so that I can learn what they have had problems with. I will review the work that they're doing currently on my own time and then make sure to help them so that they can succeed.
I have worked with many students ranging from 4 years old up to 17 years old. I have also worked with students who have elarning disabilities.
