About Ivy
I am friendly, approachable and VERY PATIENT! If a student doesn't understand the concept after trying to learn it "one way", I will FIND "another way" to teach the same concept. I know that students' have different learning styles and different speeds of mastering the knowledge. That's where my patience and creativity shine through. I love knowing that my explanation and practice has helped your student (or yourself) master the knowledge. I get a tremendous feeling of personal satisfaction when this happens!!! I have years of experience working with special needs students as well as regular learners. My patience has been tested repeatedly, and I have demonstrated over and over again, what a PATIENT and friendly tutor I am!
I love helping student's learn things that they were unable to understand in school. I get a feeling of personal satisfaction knowing that I made a difference in someone's life!
