I have always loved math and coming up with the answers. After a 15-year career in Communications, I decided it was time to pursue a career that could showcase my real passions.
Certified Math teacher (state of Missouri), but can tutor anywhere.

Assess what the student already knows and what they want to know. Next we will briefly go over the standards and methods used for solving the indicated problem type. I will then provide an example and have the student work the problem as we talk through each step. Finally, the student will work problems on their own an I will check for accuracy.
I have been a substitute teacher for 18 months and have subbed for several math classes.
