About Angela
I hold a M.S. in Biochemsitry and an extensive experience in science working as a scientist, technical trainer and educator.
I have been tutoring chemistry, biology and math since 2008.
I am a teacher at heart. I love teaching and I have a knack for explaining complicated topics in easy to understand terms. My warm, easy going and supportive nature puts students at ease and gives them the confidence they need to trust themselves and their abilities.
I do enjoy being able to build students' confidence in their ability to understand and master science. Seeing how they progress from being insecure to having a smile on their faces once they understand the topic and everything makes sense. I enjoy knowing that I made a difference in their academic progress and their overall level of confidence.
I have been tutoring Chemistry, Biology and Math for more than five years. I also taught High School science for a year. Previously, I worked in the scientific field as a researcher, technical trainer and as an account manager. I have an extensive experience in the field of scientific research and clinical laboratory.

During the first meeting we evaluate and discuss the needs of the student, then we design a plan and a schedule to be followed. As we start the process, I adjust my teaching style based on the student's needs.
