About Alexandra
I am currently a middle school math teacher in Hanover. I have eight years experience teaching 5th grade math, and have experience tutoring students from grades 2-7.
I have been teaching 5th grade math since graduating from college in 2016.
I have my Masters degree in Elementary Education and have been teaching 5th grade math for the past 8 years.

I like to spend our first meeting getting to know one another and the content that they are covering in class. If possible, I also like to reach out to their teacher in order to get a better idea of what they should be working on at home. I then will provide engaging and effective strategies and practice work for us to do together.
I have worked with students of all ages, but formally work as a teacher with 5th grade students. I have had hundreds of students with varying abilities and learning differences.
