About Anastasia
As a college student, it has always been very important for me to excel academically. However, it is essential to know how to use the resources around you in order to acheive your goals. In school I never had access to tutors, and found myself spending hours trying to figure out simple concepts. I was able to gain a strong work ethic and acheive my academic goals. However looking back I wish that somebody was there to show me the tricks of studying and outline the key concepts for my subjects. My goal is to help students that were like me to acheive their goals in faster and easier ways.
I have been a tutor throughout high school, and am currently working at the waksman instute of microbiology as a research intern. I graduated high school with a 4.2 GPA and am studying Cell Biology and Neuroscience in the Rutgers Honors Program.

I typically start with a base meeting with the student in which we can create some feasible goals. The we would do an assessment to go over the student's skill level. After the first meeting we would set out a concrete study schedule, where I will design various study materials to help the student along.
