About Andrew
Hello! My name is Andrew Hill. I am a married father of 4, retired USAF veteran, and tenured certified Math teacher. In school, I was always a “math person,” being really good with numbers. I used this knowledge to help many friends and family members throughout my life to survive multiple courses. After leaving the military, I figured what better way to continue serving my community than to become a teacher! I attended East Carolina University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Elementary education. I earned add-on licensure in North Carolina and South Carolina in Middle Grades Math and have since worked in the classroom setting. I have experience with many learning platforms including IXL, iReady, Envision and Edgenuity. I also gained much experience teaching through distance learning during the COVID years. I have a passion for helping others and seeing students succeed. I’m the tutor your child needs.
