About Abigail
I started tutoring when I was in high school because I wanted to help those around me succeed.
I became a substitute teacher because once I obtain my Master's, I would like to become a school councilor and I wanted to gain experience working in the school system.
I am currently studying at WKU to obtain a Bachelor's in Sociology and Psychology. Both of these areas of study aim to help and understand people in a way that benefits both parties.
Also I am currently a substitute teacher with the Clarksville Montgoemry County School System and I have had previous experience in tutoring remidial kids at my highschool.

First see what their understanding of the material is, and what their learning style is like. Then I try to provide a service that accomodates them to the best of my ability.
When substituting I have worked with grades 1st - 8th. However when specifically tutoring, I have only worked with high schoolers.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Do you learn better by reading through notes that you can refer to, by lots of examples that I provide, or by lots of practice examples for you to work through? Or is it a combination of any of the three?
