About Jennifer

I have tutored multiple elementary school students as well as middle school and high school students over the years to push them to master Mathematics and English comprehension along with building vocabulary ahead of their grade level. I really enjoy tutoring students as a hobby.

- can provide a basic diagnostic assessment for the student

- can have a curriculum made ready

- will give the student 1-5 minutes of break (depending on length of tutoring per session) to induce better study environment

- can recommend workbooks that we can utilize during the tutor session

- can tutor one session or multiple sessions (with advance appointment)

- can tutor online via zoom or skype (preferred during this time)

- can tutor ESL students as needed

- prefer to tutor on weekends (weekday evenings can be discussed)

I only ask that the student does his/her best and show effort in his/her studies.

I am looking forward to assisting and witnessing the student's academic growth!

I am working in a radiologic healthcare field. I enjoy helping and seeing improvement in patients. I have taught martial arts and enjoy teaching. Additionally, I have taught K-12 students in mathematics and english comprehension / vocabulary as a tutor. I love getting to know my students, and I very much enjoy seeing my students grow academically with potential for success!

I have been a K-12 tutor since 2016 and have worked with multiple students over the years. I have also taught various students in a sport for couple years prior to tutoring.

About the lesson

I can provide a diagnostic assessment (if your student is being tutored in mathematics) on the first meeting to assess their math level and to better aid your student in their learning.

I can provide vocabulary learning, english comprehension, and writing skills, if needed.

I have worked with Elementary School students, Middle School students, and High School students (K-12).
