About Kaye

Hi. I am Kaye. I am a student in UCLA and maintain a good academic grades as an honor and scholar student. I work in an on campus job which is in UCLA library, but since the work are all temporarily cancelled due to the pandemic virus I am working from home and accepting freelance tutoring/teaching services in a very affordable and competitive fee.

As I've told earlier, I have work as an academic tutor and online teacher since 2016 which makes me a reliable and friendly teacher. I love working with kids or students and be part of their success in life.

I've always had a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others. I find that through tutoring, I am able to best do this in a productive and engaging way.

I first started tutoring in high school for free and gradually started to gain clients in my university library.

I have an IELTS certificate Band 8 and CF II English level skills. I am an honor student and has a lot of scholarships for being a valedictorian on my high school years.

About the lesson

I love working with kids at all ages. I am very friendly and patient whenever something brings up. During the tutor session, I just don't teach my client I also listen to their personal stories to reach their mind and heart.

I have worked with a diversity of students, from kindergarten to college students. I do not have a preference for the ages of my students.

However, I would like to note that the majority of my students have been 6th-12th graders.

I do not have a standard pricing system. However, if you are interested in my services, we can negotiate a reasonable price that works for both of us.

I have worked with students ranging from $20-$60 an hour, dependent on the family's ability to pay and the subject. My tutor fee is based on the subject you need help. I offer a very competitive service and I guarantee I would help you out in these days of online classes.
