About Christopher

As a young adult myself , I pride myself in mentoring and tutoring others in improving themselves to their peak. I understand the mindset and thinking process of the students; As a result I am able to explain and describe things in a manner where is it easier to understand for that student. Every student is different, and each student will learn, and understand things differently. Being a Tutor/Teacher you have to be able to cater to each students specific need to clear the obstruction in their learning. Students feel better and more at ease with mentors and teachers near they age because they relate to them more and see that someone their age group can do it and they can as well.

Being close to my students ages has a large impact on the relationship we build while improving our skills. Seeing the growth from entry to completion and the transition from uncertainty and confusion to certainty and acknowledgment. I push my students to help their friends in classes and out of school because with their newfound knowledge they can test themselves, help out a friend and spread the love of learning and growth to others who could be in the same position they were

I do not teach, but I have helped, mentored and tutored my entire life because math has always come simple to me. Since 1st grade, I have found happiness in showing others different and new ways to do math. Now being out of school and with the pandemic I feel like I need to sharpen my math skills and I can impact students lives in a positive way while doing so.

About the lesson

Get in contact with student and parents, and see what they required tutoring in. Next, We will accommodate the student with the instruction they need and set up a time and date.

16 and above

As a student you have to be able to trust your teachers ability and be comfortable enough to ask questions freely and with an open mind. If not, you will most likely resent your teacher and you will lose interest in seeing that teacher.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think about what they are least proficient in. What is most difficult for them to understand and decipher. And lastly, how committed am I to learning.

Details

All 1 on 1 sessions are $30 an hour

if student requires extra help after tutoring it is free. The fee includes all extra help such as messaging teacher to review questions , mock test , notes and powerpoints.

Multiple students at a time is $25 per student an hour and 3 maximum a session.
