About Stephen
We were motivated by educational the needs of the students.We started small with two teachers and the grew as the demand grew.We came to realise that we were giving a solution ato a gap that had existed for quite some time.
I have a degree in mathematics and a post graduate diploma in Englishnliterature.I have also a diploma in special education.

Get to familiarise with them. Identify units that they are ikely to prefer you start with especially those that they are facing challenges in .Work out a schedule that is unique just for them. Go through the schedule with them while esuring that they have choosen the time they want for the lesson to be conducted.
We mainly deal with junior students from year 6 to 14 .We discovered that that is the category that needs to be guided to discover their talents and career.
Itsbalways good to hire teachers who have had classroom experience.You must have loved the job from classroom fast before you tutor.
We need to help students in this area because its an area that requires reminders from time to time .
I walked in a certain office and was welcomed by my former student .He didnt identify himself but after performing the tendor and with reduced price ,he introduced himself as having been my student.I thanked God and said to myself that its always good to tutor the learners well because wenwill need them laiter.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should first get to know that getting asked questions is what teachers like and that they ask without hesitating .It shows the teacher that you are aware of your needs and concerns.
They should never do a sole searching before they let them just ask and be closer to teachers.
