About Maia
I provide one on one teaching that is specific to each student. I am dedicated to making sure student goals are met. In addition, I charge a low price. I'm open to all questions and am very approachable.

to know a little bit more about me and this service:
My name is Maia and I am a current student at the University of California, Berkeley studying Molecular Cellular Biology and Public Health.
I have been tutoring for 5 years. I have worked at places such as Kumon, Mathnasium, and Bay Area Tutors. Through the years I have worked over 1000 hours! I try to provide a comfortable learning environment where I break down concepts into simpler steps. I encourage questions and full understanding of concepts! I teach a wide range of subjects ranging from 6th math to AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics (both of which I received exceptional AP scores on).
I particularly enjoy teaching your child’s age range and I would love to work with them! Currently since I am doing research in Berkeley, I am only accepting Zoom clients (most of my clients are on Zoom, even my 11 year olds!).
