About JOSHUA

Northstar Mathematical Coaching provides personalized, fully remote math coaching for students through live online instruction. We specialize in one-on-one virtual tutoring, remote homeschool support, and online test preparation, using structured lessons tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. Our approach helps students strengthen core math skills, build confidence, and develop lasting problem-solving abilities — all from the comfort of home.

Northstar Mathematical Coaching is led by an experienced mathematics educator with a strong academic and teaching background. I hold two degrees with advanced coursework in mathematics, statistics , and computer science. I have spent several years teaching and tutoring students across a wide range of levels — from foundational math through advanced high school topics.

My experience includes online and in-person instruction, curriculum development, and individualized coaching tailored to each student’s learning style. Through live remote sessions, I focus on helping students truly understand the why behind the math, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed independently.
