About Tommy
Hello! I'm excited to share my extensive experience and passion for math and science with students looking to deepen their understanding of these subjects. With over 15 years of experience working as a satellite engineer, radio frequency engineer, and cybersecurity developer for the US government, I bring a wealth of knowledge in various math and science topics, particularly as they apply to engineering, coding, system and process design, radios, antennas, and electronics. Throughout my career, I've specialized in teaching theory and fundamentals and have personally tutored dozens of teenagers, college students, and adults of various backgrounds, education levels, and learning styles. My approach to tutoring is to meet each student where they are, tailor my teaching style to their unique learning style, and help them achieve their personal goals in a way that builds confidence and understanding.
