About Anagha

I am currently a college student myself so I completely understand the pressure that comes with exams and impending deadlines. My priority is making sure that you feel comfortable with the material so that tests and assignments seem more like part of your routine and less like a stressful event.

I am an honors student currently studying to become a doctor so I am well versed in the topics that I am tutoring in. You can have confidence that I only want to help you reach the goals and aspirations you have for yourself as I do the same.

Each person studies and learns differently so it is important to me that I cater to your needs and what you need in a tutor. I am absolutely thrilled by the feeling I get when a student of mine finally grasps a concept that they have been struggling with for days or even weeks. My goal is to make moments like that happen as much as I can so you feel comfortable learning and progressing without me.

I am a college student so I have recently been through many of the courses that I tutor in. This means I have a good working knowledge of the curriculums that are taught in schools as well as how the introductory level courses will transition into upper level ones in university.

About the lesson

Usually I try to assess what the student is comfortable with first to make sure that they feel at ease with me. Nobody likes starting out feeling like they don't know anything so analyzing strengths helps to build confidence before we go into what needs work.

I have worked with elementary, middle school, and high school level kids. Currently, I also tutor underpriviledged children in Ghana in my free time in English, Math, Science, Reading, etc.
