About Yong Yen
My two elder sisters are teachers and they motivated me to try teaching as a part-time. Furthermore, in my University the Professors have a program where excellent students are given tutor jobs for the freshmen.
I have been conducting Mechanics and maths tutorials for freshman students in my University (these tutorial sessions are hosted by the Professors)

I will first gauge what is required and draw a study plan tailored for the new student to achieve the knowledge required.
Mostly with freshmen students in University and young teens when I was helping out my sisters.
Passion.
Without passion, there will be no drive, no focus, no interest. As long as you are genuinely in love with what you are studying, you can learn anything.
Visiting the Stuttgart Audi Museum in Germany, educational, interesting and amazing experience

Firstly, do not be afraid to ask or speak up. I believe any questions are good questions so don't be discouraged.
