About John

I have been practicing and teaching martial arts for over 26 years. My primary style is Taekwondo. I train students of all age levels.

My greatest satisfaction is seeing my student confidence level rise when they see their proficiency growing in the art as well as their fitness level.

About the lesson

I like to meet with the student initially to find out what they are looking for in their training. Is the goal general fitness, self defense, etc. We work together to work towards the individuals goal.
