About Kodey
Professional MMA fighter looking to give back to home town of Waynesville, NC and surrounding communities. Student of the sport in all disciplines, with special emphasis on boxing and MMA stand-up. 14 years of experience in the sport and can work with anyone, beginner to professional levels. Trained out of Waynesville, Asheville, San Diego, and Denver, and traveled internationally for competition. Cornered UFC fighters. Contact if interested in learning from Kodey.
There is no one-size-fits-all in martial arts. I appreciate the challenge of finding the best strategy and fine-tuning for each body, style, and need - always building off of the fundamentals and basics in positioning.

We will touch base to see what your needs and goals are. Do you want to polish your technique? Are you just looking for fun cardio? Want to try something new? Are you an aspiring UFC fighter? I train all of my clients according to their needs.
We will have an initial coaching session to give you a feel for how I teach.
From there, we will develop a training plan and schedule if you are interested in moving forward.

Juicebox! Kodey is always calm and professional. I've learned so much in the years that I have worked with him, as he coached me on the professional level. He has helped me to elevate my boxing and jiu jitsu game more than any other coach I have worked with because he understands every reason behind every step and is patient in his delivery of that knowledge (I can be a slow learner).
