About Fredrick
The curriculums me and my trainers employee allows us to split our talents to best suit the student and the needs in which they require to master their best self defense each of our trainers has a different skill This allows us to best accommodate teaching the student different techniques and disciplines for a variety of self-defense that allows one to master the self which is the main goal Of this system me and my Trainers have developed and is the upfront goal of mastered thy self martial arts
I started teaching after my first two years fighting professionally I met up with a lot of my colleagues from professional fighting and we came together and started teaching children and decided to take it to the next level and offer a service of self-defense for the every day person that wants to protect them selves this Spond a love and passion for personal training and self-defense I have been doing this now for 17 years training and teaching self-defense I plan to teach martial arts and self-defense full-time and devote myself to martial arts

First things I like to start with his physical fitness in order for us to have a affective change in your self-defense we must first build your physique so we start with a lot of calisthenics and stretching ensuring that We don't hurt ourselves during training this allows me to better see how far the students limits are and how to help them progress to their New limits Showing them their infinite potential
I have worked with boxing students I have worked with kickboxing students I have worked with capoeira student's I also work with elderly and children this allows me to expand my knowledge and understanding of working with students helped me become a little more versatile teaching martial arts
