When u hit your full peek or potential
I fought in the ring for 8 years straight then decided it was my turn to retire and train kids Growing up I had a temper and anger problem I couldn't identify but when I got to boxing practice I felt alive and was able to use boxing as a positive way to Release any negative energy and turn it possitive.

First we learn how to wrap our hands , and then of course before any work out stretching is the most important to be any kind of athlete, then we run warm up I teach the 5 main boxing punches , jump rope, shatter boxing , bag time ( speed and heavy bag)and when a little when young fighters feel more advanced and comfortable then they can partake in sparring . Ages 6-60 Self Defense, workout , discipline , dedication , Stand up to bullies, enter into real matches all over the world , Tournaments
Just go with your heart ❤️ nomatter what you have to be able to bond with your boxing trainer so go with who you feel most comfortable with
I m very fond of the FACT that my 7 year old wants to be a boxer like me he's already had 2 fights and win both

I charge 55 per lesson (hour) or I charge $209 for a month/ Month / I includes 1-2 hours a day mon- Friday from 8:00 am -to 9pm
