About Nathan
I will give you personalized techniques for an array of self-defense tools. I do not teach one specific discipline, but a mix of everything so that you can safely handle any situation. At the same time, you will have improved self-confidence, physical health, and peace of mind.
Learn the fundamental concepts and techniques, and the essentials for hand-to-hand, unarmed vs armed, weopon vs weapon, and weapon retention.
I enjoy teaching and helping my students grow in their skills and their confidence.
I got started in the Marine Corps, teaching their program.
I have 9 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience and have been teaching Mixed Martial arts self-defense for more than two years.

New students will simply go through a quick evaluation of current experience level. They will also need to notify me of any medical or health conditions that could make training unsafe.
I have worked with a variety of people with varying degrees of experience, and all have taken something away from my training.
If you're coming to me, be open minded and coachable.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What am I training for?
Am I emotionally and intellectually sound?
