Rob Fletcher - Speaker, Author, and Instructor
Rob Fletcher is a distinguished speaker, author, and educator with a profound commitment to promoting safety and self-defense. He is the visionary behind the sdi7 Safety and Self Defense Program, which includes innovative initiatives like sdi7 (Self Defense in 7 Minutes) and sdi7 HIIT (Self Defense in 7 Minutes High-Intensity Interval Training). As the author of "America's Next Great Trainer: Transform Your Life," Rob has dedicated his life to empowering individuals to lead healthier, more confident, and secure lives.
With a Black Belt and expertise in self-defense and combative tactics, Rob is also a certified Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events Instructor (CRASE). His qualifications extend across multiple fitness organizations, including certifications from the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association), and IHP (Institute of Human Performance) as a MMA Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Rob's impressive background includes being a former member of the US Kickboxing Team and the 1996 North American Kickboxing Champion. His insights and expertise have been showcased on national platforms, including NBC Dateline and Good Morning America. He is recognized in the prestigious Who's Who of Martial Arts, has been inducted into the Masters Black Belt Hall of Fame, and is a proud recipient of the Joe Lewis PKA (Professional Kickboxing Association) Eternal Warrior Award.
With over 30 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and speaking, Rob has trained thousands of individuals, including adults, teens, and children from diverse backgrounds such as law enforcement, educators, military personnel, and bodyguards. He is a member of ILEETA (International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association) and the PDN (Personal Defense Network), further enhancing his credentials in the field.
Rob's passion for health and fitness extends to his former role as a gym and martial arts school owner, where he founded USA Karate & Fitness. He also hosted a talk show on 93.5FM, discussing health, fitness, and self-defense with expert guests. As a contributor to various national publications and a former advisory board member for Muscle and Fitness Magazine, Rob continues to influence the fitness and self-defense landscape.
