About Justin
We work on deeper layers of body work. The class and learning the forms is not just about learning the extrrnal movements. There is internal work, connective tissue, facia and more that all play an intregal part of health and wellness. The TaiChi we practice encompasses all aspects. From external, internal, physical and spiritual.
