About Patrick

Kaizen Offers modern martial arts training in a state of ge art facility. Catering to Tiny Tigers (4-6) Youth (7-12) and Adults. We offer classes in martial arts, bully prevention, and character development.

I enjoy teaching my students to use martial arts as a means of making our community a better place.

This has been my full time profession for 18 years. We currently have over 300 active clients.

4th degree certified Master Instructor with world Tang Soo Do Association

5th degree Instructor with World Sin Moo Hapkido Federation

4 star certified Hyper Bully Defense facility.

About the lesson

We like to start each student out with a one on one private lesson. This lesson is an orientation. This gives them a chance to get a uniform, meet the instructors, and take a tour of the facility. Their first lesson will teach them how to be a martial arts student, that way they are better prepared for group classes

Autism, Tourette’s, and physical limitations.

Mall ages and body types.

Don’t worry about what STYLE of martial arts it is. Make sure you’re comfortable with the facility, instructors, and fellow students. All styles are effective if taught correctly.

Karate on the Beach! All of our stunts went to Cape Henlopen to train in the sand. Great fun!
