About NHB
NHB Martial Arts and Fitness offers a variety of training programs that will fit your needs. Our clients are getting in the best shape of their lives with our one on one and small group sessions!
Train at our studio, your home, or even online. Choose between our fitness, martial arts, or self defense training programs, or train in a combination of all of them!

I began teaching for my teacher at his school over 25 years ago.
I have been training for over 35 years and teaching for 25 years. In addition to holding a 5th degree Black Belt in Karate, I also hold a 2nd degree Black Belt in Close Combat Martial Arts, am a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Self Defense Instructor and a Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor. Additionally I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Consultant.
I am also insured as well as am CPR and First Aid certified.
