I started teaching in the Dojo Academy "Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu" I learned and received my belts from.
5 Years Training in Traditional Mixed Martial Arts.

Basic Self Defense techniques to begin. Based on the level and conditions of my students. We gradually move forward in a good process. Going into the Advance Program, where the techniques and workouts increase.
