About Angela
I am a Transformative Nurse Coach, Multi Martial artist and Self Defense Instructor, Focousing on Movement, Mindfulness, and Resilance.
I Provide a fun, safety focused way to get fit while also learning Self Defense skills that will increases energy and mental alertness.
I used my years as a Holostic nurse, BJJ Black Belt, Aikido Black belt, Karate Black belt, Self Defense Instructor snd Crossfiter and created a program called Fit, Fierce, fabulous.
Specifically I offer a Martial Arts Based Fitness, Self Care, and Self Defense Program designed to destress, tone, and energize you; leaving you more fit, empowered, and productive in your work/life as well as little dangerous.

I hold rankings in in Judo/ Jiu-Jitsu, Iaido and Kubdo.
