About Lori

Drawing upon sixteen years of teaching experience at the university level and my PhD in Business and Management, I address the unique learning style of each student. I am a recipient of the 2017 Innovation in Teaching Award from Towson University's Office of Academic Innovation.

The initial consultation to learn about your needs and learning style is free. Based on what you want to learn and your interests and learning style, I will design a unique learning plan for you. The exercises will be designed to match your intrinsic interests; we all learn best when we are motivated by/interested in the material.

The cost of each lesson is $50, which includes my time to develop the lesson plan, one hour of live coaching/teaching time, and office hours in which I am accessible to answer your questions until our next live meeting. We can also break up the meetings into four 30-minute sessions as, depending on your learning style you may prefer shorter and more frequent lessons.

My goal is to see you succeed and I will pride myself in your improvements and academic success. I am a parent and founded Prentice Learning ((concealed information) because teaching and learning are my passions and I believe learning experiences must be tailored to the unique learning style of each student. We all have different learning styles and the traditional classroom often does not address the needs of the most talented students.
