About

I am a student-centered educator with a Master’s in Guidance, Special Education, and Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. I bring over twenty-five years of classroom teaching and two years of one-to-one tutoring. My personal experience overcoming a severe childhood language disorder informs my practice with empathy persistence and evidence-based strategies. I have served learners across regular and special education as well as clients in substance abuse clinics and mental health settings.
