About Elka
I have been teaching yoga since 2003. I owned two successful yoga Center in San Diego for 15 years. .
I have a background in holistic health, yoga therapy, meditation, nutrition and life-coaching.I lead yoga teacher trainings, retreats and work with individuals who wants to transform their lives in many ways
I love to help to achieve their goals, whether if they are beginners or experienced studensts. I work with a therapeutic method that helps people to relief their body pain, work on flexibility, mobilty and strengthening.
I have studied with many masters of yoga over 1000 hours. I am also a health holistic practicioner with a specialization on Thai Medical Massage.
