About Carla

I work with women who are motivated to make changes in their life resulting in more control over their situation.

My work as a coach came from my own experience of needing a change; I had been in a career that wasn't in allignment with what I wanted any longer. I enrolled in a program which taught me skills and strategies for making change which I now share with others during private sessions or through the programs that I've developed.

I believe we all have have the answers within us to become the best version of ourselves. My job as a coach is to help you access them.

For many years I worked as a public school teacher. Teaching is a whole different process and at times I do need to put my teaching hat on during sessions. I also use other skills I have learned from personal development classes as well as the Energy Healing techniques I've practiced. My passion is learning about the human potential and how we manifest our world.

I enjoy helping people become more of what they want in life. I love hearing the confidence and delight people have when they experience success from our work together.

If you have worked with a professional coach, you probably experienced that sessions are all about you. The coach's role is to ask thoughtful, empowering, questions, offer insights and share information to help you come to your own answers. With the skills of a coach you are able to reach your goals faster.

In 2006 I completed my initial 90 hours of coach training and earned my certification from iPEC (Institute for Professions Excellence).This school is an ICF affiliate (International Coaching Federation). I continued with more training to become an Energy Leadership Coach through iPEC as well.

~I have been practicing Quantum Touch and have taken 2 training classes so far.

~I am a retired public school teacher. B.S Ed and Sociology

About the lesson

Call me for a free 15 minute consultation. After we chat, if we feel that we are a good match, we can design a plan. Typically, people choose a 3 month committment, meeting weekly by phone or Skype (Zoom) for 45 min-1 hour coaching calls. I am also available to you between calls by text and emails.
