During my pregnancy, Mindi Meira taught me prenatal yoga which alleviated my back pain and helped prepare me for birth. She came and stayed with me as a postpartum doula, it was remarkable! She helped me and my husband so much after the baby! She did everything from taking the baby all night to shopping, dishes, laundry and more! Her tips were invaluable! She assisted me with nursing,  pumping,  having a schedule, staying well hydrated,  getting my rest. It was such a positive experience for me!!!  She knew what I needed and was offering before I realized. Meira is a lifesaver, don't hesitate, call her!!!

I like the fact that she listened without any judgement. Even though she did not interrupt me with tears rolling down my face I felt her compassion.
