About Chris
Chris Story is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in the Wichita, KS area and the CEO and founder of On The Go PT, an in-home personal training company that brings expert workouts directly to clients. Chris offers both virtual and in-person training, delivering convenience by working with clients at their homes, offices, or gyms.
His passion is driven by one major purpose: Helping You Make Success Mandatory in Your LIFE! Chris’s empowering teaching style motivates his clients to surpass their self-imposed limitations and achieve results they never thought possible. As a former Division 1 athlete and Elite Level Olympic Weightlifter, Chris brings over a decade of practical experience in coaching athletic excellence. He is committed to the science of exercise training and nutrition, ensuring every program is backed by evidence and precision.
With a rigorous method and a results-driven approach, Chris instills confidence and transparency into the fitness journey, predicting the exact changes his clients’ bodies will make. His global approach audits and manages every aspect of his clients’ performance and physical well-being for maximum results.
Chris holds multiple certifications from industry-leading organizations, including the International Sports Science Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Precision Nutrition.
One of his greatest joys is seeing clients get healthier, exceed their expectations, and actualize their goals—all while discovering that exercise is fun!
