About Kim
Are you striving for balance in your life? Ready to make positive changes and take action to achieve your goals? Our coaches will guide you to improve awareness and overcomechallenges for self-fulfillment. We “partner with our clients and work collaboratively through a creative process to maximize your personal potential” – defined by The International Coach Federation. We believe the client is the expert and our coaches will align with your goals to achieve and support your desired change of self-growth. Helping people has been rewarding for me. I see growth in each of my clients that is inspiring to me. Its empowering to see the changes they make by making a few simple changes to their life.
I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling. I have counseled/coached people in the criminal justice system, worked with the geriatric population, as well as marriage and family counseling, trauma, PTSD, adolescents and adults, depression, anxiety, abuse, life coaching, and as a dating coach. I value the opportunity that private practice has given to effect change in people’s lives in a one-to-one setting.
Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Life Coach. She has a Bachelors degress in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas.

During the initial appointment we obtain background information and gather valuable information to formulate goals and the direction for coaching sessions. At the 2nd appointment, a plan of care is presented to the client that identifies the purpose of coaching sessions, the goals that the client and coach will be working on together, and an estimated time frame of how many coaching sessions required to achieve the client's goals.
