About Ros

Hello, I'm Rosalind Byars, a Financial Coach and Money Mindset expert, as well as a certified Neuroencoding Specialist. My unique approach to financial coaching is deeply rooted in understanding and harnessing the power of the human mind to help individuals achieve financial success and personal growth.

My journey into financial coaching began in 2023 when I decided to combine my expertise as a Neuroencoding Specialist with my passion for helping people transform their financial lives. As a Neuroencoding Specialist, I have a deep understanding of how our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors shape our financial decisions and outcomes.

In addition to my financial coaching skills, I have undergone specialized training to rewire the mind for success. This allows me to go beyond surface-level financial advice and delve into the underlying beliefs and thought patterns that may be holding my clients back from financial prosperity.

What I find most rewarding about my work is the opportunity to empower individuals to not only improve their financial situations but also gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their money mindset. By addressing the root causes of financial challenges and working to reprogram limiting beliefs, I help my clients achieve lasting financial transformation.

My holistic approach to financial coaching, combined with my expertise as a Neuroencoding Specialist, sets me apart in the industry. I firmly believe that financial success is not just about numbers; it's about mastering the mindset behind those numbers. My goal is to guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery and financial empowerment, ultimately leading to a brighter and more prosperous future.

So, whether you're looking to take control of your finances, break free from limiting beliefs, or unlock your full financial potential, I'm here to provide you with the tools, strategies, and support you need to thrive. Together, we can rewire your mind for financial success and create a path towards a more prosperous life.
