About T’ai Jamar

I have been studying the disciplines of guided mediation, yoga, movement, and massage for over 20 years. I consider Healing an artform because my process is creative, dynamic and empowering for the individual to take unique steps to gain peace, joy, and fulfillment in their lives.

Witnessing people discover strengths, remove blocks, heal trauma, and integrate their goals into a design and dance with life. I have witnessed death, birth, growth, and the capacity of the human spirit to move towards their highest desires and experience deep spiritual and physical connections.

I was a recreational leader for special needs kids in college, then soccer coach, and then end of life coach, personal assistant and manager. I began teaching yoga (privately) in 2006.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Advance Yoga Teacher, Yoga Tune-Up, Pilates, Anya, Prenatal, and mindfulness meditation

About the lesson

Witness: “In-take” process includes naming and claiming intentions/goals, physical or spiritual.

Connect: Establish scheduling, logistics, and methodology (techniques, practices, and interests to be integrated).

Love: Move, meditate, massage practice LOVE in all aspects of our work together.

Beginners, athletes, seniors a, pre-teens, and mixed levels.

First there needs to be a connection, then establish trust, ask a lot of questions, make your needs/goals clear, have fun.

Breath and Beats: A yoga class with a DJ spinning followed by an educational demo on the benefits of CBD (cannabidiol)
