About Alexander

I pride myself on always maximizing the potential of those I train. I have several families that I have worked with on countless occassions, and I make sure kids I train with are building confidence, having fun, and certainly recognizing that they can become exponentially better as long as they are willing to work hard. It's a joy to behold. As evidenced by my professional profile on (concealed information) - where I was recenty ranked the top private lacrosse coach in CT with close to 200 sessions and 28 clients. I cater to each and every athlete, building confidence, showing them a whole new level and mindset when it comes to unlocking every ounce of skill and potential they have. Simply put, I coach kids up at all times.

I have an array of highly positive recommendations to offer, and I work full time helping conduct youth lacrosse clinics of all ages in the Westchester and Fairfield County areas. I was an all-conference collegiate lacrosse player, An NCAA Final Four participant, and the passion and energy I bring to each and every session is unparaleled.

I coach all positions, skill levels and ages both boys and girls, currently training a pair of high school standout goalies, beginners at the K-3rd grade range, middle school students etc. I pride myself on my versatility, lacrosse acumen, and unwavering ability to help players of all ages and backgrounds achieve their maximum potential. I relish the chance to see kids realize they have such untapped potential as I coach them up, which I do from Branford down to Bronxville. I pride myself on helping them recognize the harder they work, the more they listen, the better they can become. The results are sure to follow!

I was blessed to learn from some of the best coaches in the country (Fairfield Prep, Syracuse, Ohio Wesleyan, etc) which immediately sparked my passion for helping others unlock their greatest potential. I've been working with athletes of all ages for years now.

College grad - coached in high school and college, played in college - have helped run several lacrosse camps and a great number of solo and small group training sessions.

About the lesson

First off, I want to learn the goals in mind for the indivual athlete at hand. I want to speak with his or her parents and plenty from the athlete themselves in building a unique and challenging training plan. I always add new drills and exercises to the fold, keeping things colorful, challenging, informative and highly rewarding.

Every grade (three years old thru college) and absolutely every skill level. Often times the beginner is the most fun to help train! Helping someone recognize they have a ton of room to improve, and showing them how they can maximize their potential is a tremendous feeling.

Details

for 1 hour, the pricing is 150. a slightly longer 75 minute session is 180, while an extended 90 minute session (popular with players) is 200 - typical practices in school and in club teams usually last 2 hours, so more and more people have opted for a bit longer than an hour at a time. Groups and duos the rates definitely decrease per person. 200 for two athletes per hour, 240 for three players, and 260 for 4 or more athletes per hour.
