Melissa has such a calm and loving way of teaching with the horse and rider. The techniques she uses are effective yet gentle which I like. She focuses on the relationship between horse and rider on a deeper level and gives tools to build that relationship. I was at a place where my horse was spooky and reactive and I wasn’t sure how to get him past it. Melissa helped me and Z heal and he is now working towards showing in cowboy dressage. He use to be unsafe to ride and now is being used as a lesson horse for kids. Without Melissa’s help I don’t know if I could have helped Z break through his fears and training blocks.
