great teacher

Jimmy did a great job teaching the basics of music in a easy way to understand

I'm a fairly experienced singer. Been singing for over 20 years (rock band, acapella groups, acoustic solo shows) however I never took formal lessons. I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing damage to my voice and I was singing with proper technique and I have learned a great deal working with Jimmy. I realized how much I have to learn... Was kind of surprising actually. He's very patient and very knowledgeable and I would recommend him highly

Awesome instructor!!! Would definitely recommend 👍

I've been taking acoustic guitar lessons at UBG Music School for more than three years. The newly-remodeled studio has professional equipment for learning, playing, and recording. My teacher, also the school's owner, Jimmy, makes lessons fun yet challenging. He reteaches when necessary, and my weekly hour-long lessons fly by because Jimmy keeps it moving. I've been working on learning to play new songs for the past several months, and it's been great. But I want to go back to learning music theory again. Jimmy's teaching style is flexible, and he lets his students decide what they'd like to work on. I am an elementary school teacher and I recognize skilled teachers. That's what UBG provides. Whether you've just become interested in learning to play a musical instrument, or if you're already an accomplished musician, I highly recommend UBG Music School.

I took lessons for about two years and came away with a great music theory foundation and improved skills thanks to my teacher, Jim R. I continue to use the materials he provided which are a great source of reference.

Not having unnecessary problem. This is a very good program and I love it. My instructor is excellent.
