About Zac

Well defined guitarist, enjoys all genres of music. Will teach you how to play guitar and focus on giving you the understanding and tools needed to be able to break down and learn any song independantly in the future.

Guitar is my life, I am constantly challenging myself by learning new material and stepping outside of my comfort zone. I love everything about music.

I've always loved showing my friends new licks as i learned them growing up or a new techniqu that really rocked. As i went to school for music i found myself enjoying more and more the abilty to break down the music and share it with others at all levels.

I have 20 years of musical experience. I obtained an AA from the Musicians Institute of Hollywood as well as certifications for sound engineering and production. I have experience doing session work, as well as touring.

About the lesson

First I want to understand why the student wants to play guitar and what their personal goals are. Then move foward and assess current knowledge of instrument, and current ability. From there I will create a lesson plan working toward the students specific goals.

Try to find some one who will teach you to love music no matter what type it may be. Passion can go along way!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Any question provides insight and that is the import thing. I would start with: Why do you want to play guitar? Do you want to learn specific songs, or be able to learn and play with any music/musician? Ultimately it is about having fun, however far you want to go with it is up to you as long as you as long as you are having a good time.
