About Steve
Adapting to the students desire and goals. Giving direction according to students growth.
I teach with an after school program during the school season. Here are a few Parents reviews.
My child has changed elementary schools 3 times since she was 4. She started guitar while living abroad. Unfortunately, she learned nothing in the first 8 months of lessons. Then we relocated to London, where she took lessons at home, and she improved with a different method of teaching.
When we arrived to BPE and met Mr. Landrum, he gave her new light to learning the guitar and the encouragement he gives to her ability to do more is worth the money we pay MfK and to continue with this program. Bravo! to Mr. Landrum for all his time and efforts.
————
Attitude is everything! And Mr. Landrum is a delight to have your child learn from and interact with when learning something new and challenging. And his personality and kind words are what's needed when motivating a child to continue with the gift of learning and playing music.
My thanks for all he does.
The most rewarding experience is having a student two years in a row. Wanting to continue for a 2nd year.
Seeing them grow from not knowing anything in Level 1 Guitar. To playing simple melodies and chords in Level 2 Guitar.
