About Keith
As a guitarist with 14 years of experience, a former educator, consummate knowledge spreader and artist loves to share everything he knows while also growing through the teacher/student process. I've given lessons to a few friends and family, and decided to put together my education background with my passion for music.
Mostly self-taught, I took two years of formal lesson to begin. Also a former public school educator, I am able to communicate on all levels without being super pedagogical.

We start off with consultation to get a grasp on what is known and the direction the student would like to head, then dive right in with resources, knowledge and skills to practice.
Children as young as 8, up to adults. All beginners or intermediate beginners.
Choose a teacher you resonate with. My style is to explore with the student rather than teach from a rigid system.
I just recently played at a miniFEST, which I actually spent more time telling jokes while playing the guitar than doing my singer/songwriter thing.
