About Joyce
Harmony School offers Christian based private music and dance lessons at its main campus in Marble Falls, Texas. We are the premier art and music school for the Texas Hill Country, with award winning instructors and students. Guitar, piano, woodwinds, voice, drum lessons offered at all times day, afternoon, evening, weekends by special request. I have taught guitar at Harmony for nearly 4 years. (concealed information)
I get a chance to interact with future musicians, gives me a chance to play guitar more. My students teach me a lot. I was a professional musician in Austin, Texas starting in 1982.

I try to teach each new student a few basic chords, mostly when grandparents or parents ask the child what am I getting for my guitar lesson money - the student can give a positive response. Then we go onto more indepth learning to read music and play guitar.

Our church music director retired, I was able to unofficially take over, now the band for praise & worship service is able to expand our music list, add new members, have more fun and fellowship.
