About Kyle

I can teach any level of Spanish, French or Italian. You will see strong communication skills and a knack for explaining. I am always coming up with new ways to explain and teach.

In the Learning Lab at Quinebaug Valley Community College. I worked in that office behind the desk and there was no Spanish tutor available. I started teaching students what I knew from studying over the summer to be prepared for Spanish 1. I showed my spanish teacher what I learned over the summer and asked him to sign a paper to let me get paid to tutor. He advised as long as I come to him after the lessons and make sure everything I have gone over is correct. I did that for a while until I didn't need to go to my teacher any more. I started tutoring French there along with Spanish a few months before I graduated. Since then I have continued tutoring privately. It was difficult not to pick up on Italian. Once you know Spanish and French Italian is unbelievably easy.

I started tutoring Spanish and French at Quinebaug Valley Community College in 2012. I graduated in 2013 but have not stopped tutoring. I have tutoring privately going to peoples houses and also at a church to a group of people going on a missions trip to South America.

About the lesson

I will easily explain how people communicate through conjugating and even using body language. How simple it is, even though its confusing at first. A puzzle is a bunch of random pieces that are out of order but at the end you have a clear picture. I am excellent at getting students to see the big picture. I have strong interpersonal communication skills and a strong understanding of the evolution of language as well as studying behavior and body language. I am very passionate about what I do. I love teaching and no one comes to me and leaves confused. They leave feeling like they finally understand what is going on.

I have worked with many different kinds of people. I have worked with students, church members going on a missions trip and a Polish teacher that wanted to learn Spanish so she can start teaching it. The youngest I have taught is 12, the oldest would be in there 50's.

The teacher should be good at gauging how to start off explaining the language. They need to understand how easy it is. Just because it takes a while to learn a language doesn't mean it isn't easy. Not to mention fun. It opens up a whole new world of movies, music etc. So when you learn something you can actually get that information stuck in your head with a tune.

I believe that moment is coming soon. I am going to perform at a comedy club.
