About Anneliese

I have years of experience tutoring English in France, and French in the USA to students in school and adults. I have degrees from Princeton University, Cambridge University and I also studied at La Sorbonne. I work full-time and study part-time but I'm keen to take on a few students for some regular lessons to share my knowledge and help them improve.

I enjoy adapting my teaching to the student because I understand not everyone learns the same way. It's important for learning a language to be fun, not a chore. I try to make my sessions enjoyable, even if the goal is time-sensitive and pressured, like preparing for exams. Past students of mine who had hated French have gone on to major in French in University!
