About Shane

My name is Shane and I love being physically fit. Im a high school graduate who was always in sports and working out in the gym. I love to work out and look my best. Teaching you some tips and tricks get to your goal would be my dream.

I taught some of classmates and underclassmen when I was attending school.

I was an athlete all throughout high school so I know some tips and tricks I can teach.

Finding out your goal and seeing how I can work with it would be typical for my tutoring.

If you want a basic physical improvement, you can try and hire someone like me or similar expertise. However if you are working towards some olympics stuff, its better to have a more qualified person to teach you.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Am I really ready to change my lifestyle?
