About Kaitlyn
An experienced high school English teacher specializing in essay writing, literary analysis, study skills, and college prep. I am passionate about helping my students reach their full potential. I do this through positivity, encouragement, and specializing my lessons to meet the individual needs of my students. I have worked with students with ranging academic abilities and I have been able to help all of those students achieve success.
I have taught in the high school setting for four years and have my MAT. Furthermore, I have AP Literature and Composition certification.
Teaching is in my blood. I am the daughter on an educator and my love of teaching blossomed from watching my father work.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Literature, and Pubishing and a Master's Degree in The Art of Teaching.
I am also AP Literature and Composition certified.
